Today's culture has found diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practitioners at a crossroads of urgency to move this work forward and deep patience for responding to a community's capacity. DEI practitioners and school leaders need tools to navigate this work. Join this master class to build knowledge, reflect, and move to action to benefit your community. Focus on understanding how an identity-conscious lens can create strategic direction for DEI work. Engage in a diverse style of pedagogy and learning—small- and large-group discussions, reflective exercises, and action frameworks—to operationalize an identity-conscious practice.
